Spring Networking Event & Opening art exposition of Studio Zi

Tuesday, 17^th April – Rhoon (near Rotterdam)

Start: 17:30 – Venue: Art Gallery GB5, Graaf Bentincklaan 5 in Rhoon

On Tuesday 17^th of April Dragons Businessclub organized in cooperation with Art Gallery GB5 and Studio Zi a networking event combined with the opening of the art & design exposition of Studio Zi in Rhoon. Studio Zi is a group of young talented Chinese designers and artists in the Netherlands. The theme of this event was: Chinese contemporary art & design. It proved to be an interesting event; an unique combination of business networking and Chinese contemporary art. This event was specially organized for members and guests of Dragons Businessclub.

17:30	Registration and drinks
18:00	Welcome by mr Fleur Groenendijk and mrs Margreet Leenders, owners of Art Gallery GB5 (host)
18:10	Opening by mr Chang Wong, chairman of Dragons Businessclub
18:10	Presentation of Studio Zi by mrs Fenmei Hu, founder of Studio Zi
18:30	Speech on cultural entrepreneurship by mr Everard Warffemius, coach and senior consultant
18:40	Opening art exposition of Studio Zi by mr Bert Euser, vice-mayor of the Municipality of Rhoon
18:50	Tour of the exposition and informal networking with Asian and Western designer food and drinks Chinese Guzheng music
20:00	Closing

Appreciation for Mr. Yeung

Thanks for support by a well known Chinese business man

On 29th of February the Board of Dragons Businessclub presented a gift to mr. Yeung Wah Kan in Amsterdam. Mr. Yeung was the former chairman of ‘St. 100 jaar Chinezen in Nederland’, and owner of the Chinese travel agency Cathay Travel Service and the famous Chinese restaurant Oriental City, both located in Amsterdam. As a Chinese business man he has done a lot for the Chinese community in the Netherlands. The gift was a small token of appreciation of Dragons Businessclub for the support and sponsoring by mr. Yeung in the last five years. The Dragons Businessclub is very grateful for his help and support.
