There is no doubt that the current economical crisis has influence on doing business between the Netherlands and China. However, despite the financial situation China maintains her strong position in the global market. With still 8% economical growth China did a great job in 2009. Regarding this and other economic developments there are still chances and opportunities, for both Dutch and Chinese entrepreneurs. So questions arise: How to start a company for China related business during the current economical climate? What did we learn from this crisis? Which aspects do we have to consider when we want to start a successful company for China-business? What are the strategic, legal and financial implications in starting such company? How are the existing companies for China-business dealing with this situation?
